Each 2 Hounds Design’s quick-release dog collar is made in the USA (in North Carolina). The designs are also fun and quirky. And each collar is made with a great attention to detail and solid construction. 

The collar has a strong but soft webbing core. The webbing contains either crepe- or flannel-backed satin for body and softness on the neck. It is sewn using industrial-strength nylon thread and with top-of-the-line hardware, including welded d-rings. They are also made with molded nylon buckles which do not shatter when cold or melt when hot.

You can wash this quick-release dog collar in the washing machine by placing the collar in a mesh lingerie bag or pillow case and using the gentle cycle. Always air dry your collar.

We use these collars when Dylan & Rainey have play dates as Dylan has been known to get himself caught in other dogs’ martingale collars. He also likes to drag Rainey around by the collar and Rainey doesn’t really enjoy that so much when wearing her martingale ones.
