Shipping & Returns

We want to provide clear and simple shipping & returns processes to our customers. Because we stock all of our items, we can usually process and ship our orders within 1–2 business days. In many cases, your items will even ship the same day! We are also upfront about our shipping costs. Because we use a cost-based shipping rate, you will never have a surprise when you checkout. We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own. And we take extreme care in packaging each order.

Please note: while we make every effort to prevent Dylan from “helping,” he is very insistent. So we do apologize for any Sprinkles of Love that you may find in your packages. 



We offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY for deliveries within Gaston County, NC. This should be automatically reflected once you input your shipping address during checkout. 

We use either UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship all our items. Packages can take between 2–7 business days for delivery depending on your destination (we are on the East Coast). Standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days, priority usually takes 2-3 business days, and express usually arrives the next business day.

Note: The following shipping table applies only to shipments within the United States. We are not actively shipping internationally at this time (although contact us if you really want to order something and we can see what we can do).

Rules & Exceptions

* Our flat rate shipping charges are calculated based on pre-tax and pre-discount merchandise totals.

* For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories, there may be additional charges for priority shipping.

Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days. Sometimes crazy things can happen, we may get delayed in processing your order due to things including hurricanes, vampire attacks, zombies running amok, or just random dog shenanigans. But, you will be kept informed.

For loss/damage claims, you must notify us within 30 days of the date of your purchase if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged. Replacement of products and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification. We will adjust your account at our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in you not being allowed to shop with us.


Rates for Expedited Shipping:

Please add an additional $35 for UPS Express shipping.

Note: If your Express order shipment cost exceeds $35 (typically packages over 3 lbs.), you will be responsible for the overcharge. We will make every attempt to contact you via e-mail to advise you of the actual charges prior to shipping your package.


Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii

There is no additional shipping charge to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii. However, we do not offer express shipping to these regions.


Our Refund Policy

At Dylan & Rainey, we want you and your pup to be happy!! We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied please reach out to us and let us help!

We do our very best to inform our customers about all products in our shop but we know sometimes something arrives in the mail and for one reason or another its not quite what you expected.

If for some reason something we’ve sent you isn’t to your satisfaction we’ll take it back free of charge as long as it’s unused and in new condition (must be returned in any original packaging and without any missing tags or stickers) and it’s returned within 30 days of purchase. If a product is broken or defective, you may return it within 30 days of your receipt of the product and we will of course replace it or offer you a full refund at no charge. No returns of defective products will be accepted after thirty (30) days of receipt.

When returning products, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to see that the products are not damaged in transit and are received by us at our address:
